Happy Halloween (Trick or Treat)

We walk down to a little shopping area each year for Halloween treats. It's totally cute and little. This year, Miss I wanted to be a ninja, and Ro wanted to be a Pirate Fairy. I totally made the Pirate Fairy costume with a no-sew tutu and using some Fabric-Tac to create the bodice (attached to a t-shirt).
