THE GREETING FARM: Let It Snow with Frosty Friends

The weather has started to turn and now that it’s dark, it’s feeling a bit more like winter. I pulled out my Frosty Friends big stamp set and put on a cute wintery movie. I couldn’t resist the fun snowmen, friends and details in the Frosty Friends set. Currently, Frosty Friends is out of stock, but if you would like this retired stamp to be brought back for a future Farmer's Market - use the Contact Page on the store website to let The Greeting Farm know!

I started with this fun postage stamp die as my base and used the stamps from Frosty Friends to create little scenes throughout the base paper. Since this is essentially a one-layer card, once the stamping is complete, you just have to color each scene.

I kept the colors minimal so that there was consistency throughout each of the scenes.

Once all of the color was complete, I added white areas for snow using a white gel pen. I then used dimensional adhesive to pop up the stamped base onto a piece of cardstock that matched the red in the mailbox. I used the same cardstock, some white embossing powder, and one of the sentiments from the Frosty Friends sets to create a message for the front of the card.

If you would like to see the Frosty Friends stamp set again, use the Contact Page on the store website to let The Greeting Farm know!

Thank you for stopping by, and happy creating!
