THE GREETING FARM - APRIL 2026 NEW RELEASE & CHALLENGE!

The April 2026 New Release is now available for purchase in The Greeting Farm Store! This month we introduced 3 new stamp sets. Our first stamp set called SMARTY PANTS features a charming lineup of book loving critters, and captures the cozy, playful side of learning. Next, we showcased a delightful picnic-themed set called FINE DAY ANYA, with our adorable Anya wearing a wide-brimmed sun hat enjoying a picnic basket full of goodies. Lastly, we introduced DON'T FROGET, a set with cute, whimsical frog illustrations paired with sweet, punny sentiments.

You guys have asked for more challenges so we are giving you one every month! For this month's challenge, I used threes, thrice. Three little creatures, three paper airplanes, and three strips of paper from one of my most favorite Sassafras Lass papers. 

I couldn't resist creating some motion lines with a white gel pen. 

These two are just too adorable, And the little hedgehog is just studying quietly.

AUTHENTIQUE PAPER: Stamped and Watercolored Wobble Snowfall Collection Tags

Hello! It's getting to the point in the year where the gifts are starting to pile under the tree, and I am starting to run out of gift tags. For today's post, I created a sweet gift tag set using the Snowfall Collection. These are super easy to make, and just take a bit of time.

I started with the cute Snowfall Collection, and then painted the three children to match the colors in the collection. I really loved adding a bit more of the red tones, as they added a cute Christmas flair to this collection. This way I could use the fun colors into the Christmas season.

 

Each of the children images are stamped and cut using the Bundled Up Bundle from Concord and 9th, then painted with Jack Richeson Collegiate paints. The images were just perfect for the Snowfall Collection.

The first tag is created using Snowfall Six with a tag topper of Snowfall Eight. I just loved the sweater texture of Snowfall Eight, and used it as the tag topper for all three tags. 

 The second tag uses Snowfall Five and a few of the Snowfall Elements cardstock dies.

My favorite of the three tags uses Snowfall Seven and features a couple of the Snowfall Elements cardstock dies. Each of the stamped images is popped up with an Action Wobble Spring. Each will move and shake as the tag moves. The ribbons are also just stapled on with the Tiny Attacher. This way the ribbon will not shift. A simple piece of twine or string could attach each of these to a package or present.

AUTHENTIQUE PAPER: Christmas in July

For today's post, I have a trio of fun Christmas Tags using our Jingle Collection. It was easy to create some wonderfully colorful and fun tags with a few of the 12x12" papers, some stamps, and ribbon ends that I had in my stash. 

The first of the tags that I had was this fun cocoa flavored tag. I paired a sweet little cup of cocoa stamp set from my stash with the wonderful papers from Jingle Three.

The wonderful marshmallows were just too adorable. The adorable Santa image is from the NEW Jingle Elements, die cuts that are pre-punched out for you!

Tags are a great way to use up some of those smaller elements that are just lying around in your stash. In this case, the star has been hanging out in my stash for over a year. Use up those fun little details on tags!

I couldn't resist pairing this wonderful image from the Elements sheet on this tag. The adorable Santa just looked perfect against the marshmallows of Jingle Three.

The second of the trio of tags focused on the wonderfully, vintage Santa from the Jingle Eight cut-apart sheet. The doily behind the Santa was from the reverse of Jingle One. I loved the peek-a-book look of the patterned paper behind the main image.

Again for this tag, I used little scraps of ribbons to create the attachment bows. Don't be afraid of using just small ribbons. By using a tiny attatcher or stapler, you can secure even the smallest of ribbon scraps.

For the last tag, I pulled out one of my absolute favorite Christmas stamp and die sets, Light Parade by Brandi Kincaid. I just love this image of the little girl (there is also a boy). I colored her to mimic one of my own little girls, and paired a non-traditionally Christmas rainbow ribbon scrap with the fun patterns of Jingle Two.

I really loved the little Christmas tree snowglobes from the Jingle Two paper, and the sentiment from the Elements die cut page. The colored image works perfectly with all of the papers.

I hope this inspires you to start your Christmas tag collection going! I cannot wait to add these to my Christmas tag stash, for those extra-special presents!

PGCB: Challenge #153 - Woodland Creatures

I started by using my Distress Inks and a pair of Neat and Tangled stencils. I then added a cute set of woodland creatures from the Into the Woods Lawn Fawn stamps, colored with Dual Brush Pens by Tombow. The sentiments were from the set, and were perfect for a hello card.

Paper Girls Challenge #149: Masculine Birthday

Hello! Today's Paper Girls Challenge is all about Masculine Birthday cards and projects. Not surprising to many, making masculine cards is sometimes a challenge. Since I have two little girls, a TON of my paper and embellishments are pretty girly. For this challenge, I wanted to challenge myself by NOT using patterned paper, and instead use a few things that would imply masculinity, without be overtly obvious. My card today I think was a good mix of color and small details that create a pretty neat project.

I started with a simple kraft cardstock background and crackled, colored cardstock. I have had the Tim Holtz Soda Bottle Blueprint Rubber Stamp (got on clearance at Hobby Lobby) for about a year now, and this was the perfect time to start using it. I used a Memento Dew Drop in Nautical Blue for the ink, then colored the star with a silver colored pencil. The last few details were a Stampin Up stamp from a long time ago with some silver embossing powder, a few enamel shapes and a touch of Wink of Stella glitter pen in a few areas.

Paper Girls Challenge #148: Embossing

The Paper Girls Challenge Blog is all about embossing this week. Dry embossing, heat embossing, you name it, it will work. For today's challenge, I finally got out my Topography stamp set from Neat and Tangled. I loved the possibilities with this, especially with my watercolors. The watercolors are the wonderfully opaque Kuretake Gansai Tambi paints. They are simply delicious.

I love the sentiment. And the melon color of the cardstock picks up the very color from in the painted card. Make sure to check out the challenge, and add your own project! Pin It

PAPER GIRLS CHALLENGE BLOG: Challenge #147 - Travel

Good Morning! Today I am sharing with you a fantastic card that I created with some older products. I love using materials I have on hand, as getting to the craft store seems to be more difficult lately with a crazy schedule and so much to do.  For today's Paper Girls Challenge Blog project, we are focusing on Travel. I chose to take this in the direction of a travel card using Authentique's Explore Collection and Lawn Fawn stamps and matching dies, colored with Chameleon Markers.

I loved the little pops of violet throughout the card. I purchased the stamps forever ago, but only got the dies fairly recently. This was a great way to reuse those items I got so long ago. The Diamond Press made the small dies so easy to cut out.

PAPER GIRLS CHALLENGE BLOG: Challenge #146 - Black & White

Today on the Paper Girls Challenge Blog is our fantastic challenge #146, using only Black and White. I adore challenges. I love re-imagining how I can use up my materials in different ways to  create fun new things. I'm often inspired by techniques that I see online, especially YouTube. My favorites are Kristina Werner and Jennifer McQuire. Both ladies are uber-talented, and have so many ideas.

I was watching one of Kristina's videos, when I realized I had everything I needed to recreate my version of her project using supplies I had on hand.

Concord and 9th is one of my current obsessions. I adore almost everything they come up with, and I'm pretty picky, so that's saying a lot. One of my favorite stamps that I love trying to play with in different ways is their Hello Lovely stamp set. I really love that depending on how you use it, it takes on completely new levels of complexity.

This is pretty simple, and came together rather quickly. Use an embossing buddy, or some sort of prep powder for this, as you really do not want any stray white powder on the black paper. Then with Versamark and your favorite white embossing powder, heat emboss the image. Then use the white gouache paint to create areas of lights and darks in the embossed image. Let dry, and finish with a sentiment. That's it!

Diamond Press Stamps and Die Sets - INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY

Recently I was introduced to a fantastic (new to me) company, Diamond Press by the fabulous Beth Kingston of Kingston Crafts. Diamond Press has great stamp and die sets that make crafting super fun and easy. So easy in fact, my kiddos were able to craft and create without any assistance from me. They have a mini die cut and embossing machine that is just amazing.

Isn't it just the cutest? I was pleasantly surprised on both how easy it was to really use, as well as how well it works. I really loved how well all of the stamps and dies worked together. Some of the stamps have matching die cuts, and some of the die cuts work by themselves. There are even great sentiments that go along with each set.

Everyday Words Nesting Cutting Dies Bundle 
This die cut set made sweet tags that you can use with sentiments, or by themselves with a stamp. I added some gorgeous ribbons to dress these up just a little more. A super easy tag, that looks fabulous in just a few minutes.

 In The Kitchen Stamps, Dies, Inks and Embossing Folders (airs 2PM EST / 11 AM PST)

This is probably one of my favorite stamp and die sets now. I just loved the little Kitchen-Aid style mixer. It's just too fun to add interesting colors to. These images were easy to color and add details to with both my Prismacolor pencils and Chameleon Markers. The fussy cut images were all edged in black marker to cover any cutting issues.

(I loved these cute recipe cards!)

Nature Stamps, Die Cuts, Inks and Embossing Folders (airs 11 PM EST / 8 PM PST)

I loved the stand-alone dies in this set. The bow was just a perfectly interesting bow with a lot of sweet detail, and the birds and butterflies were just too adorable when colored.
