Okay, so this is more of a personal challenge. Just my own little slice of fun! I'm really trying to use what I have (and in some cases, downsize what I don't/won't use). Which means, I'm ready to do the 100 project challenge once again!! While I'm never really good at keeping track, and I always forget to count things, it's a good tool in order to use what you have. In this round, I have one purchase that I may make: either OA Cakewalk, or SC Heyday. Mostly because they are both cute, and I've been looking at them for awhile. I did purchase the 6x6 of HeyDay (I have cards to post later!)... But I'd kind of like the large version too.
Here is my July Kit. It's my take on Studio Calico's Summer of '69 kit for this month.
Here are the pieces that I chose. I can't believe that I finally am using a piece of paper that I've had since 2007... EEK! That's pretty old.

Finding my Scrapping Mojo Once Again!
Well, I'm back in the swing of things and finally creating MWM's again! I haven't stopped crafting, but I lost a bit of my "mojo" towards the end of my pregnancy. I seemed to have found it once again though!!
Here is the last of the Turquoise series, and sadly, the only one I completed: Turquoise 10 created by the lovely Kristy Lee.
My lovely friend Erin created this layout for the next series, Pearl. She is a lovely and wonderful person, one that I totally wished lived down the street from me. This sketch was super fun and easy to use, it took a mere hour to put the layout together. It was perfect!

Hello Sister!
I loved creating this layout. The photo was taken in the hospital, and every time that Isla saw Rowan, she would say "Hello Sister!". Proud Big Sister
I seriously love this October Afternoon paper. It's called Sidewalks, and it's super fun to use with two little girls. I thought that it may be too whimsical for my normal style, but it's just lovely. I even stamped a white envelope to use for my journaling. <3Sunday, July 8, 2012
AUTHENTIQUE's Sketch Challenge: July!!
I forgot to post this yesterday, but here is this month's AUTHENTIQUE SKETCH CONTEST!! For this month, I used Lively's lovely browns, pinks and greens to showcase the cutest photos that I took of my lunch date with Miss I.
The fun part about these photos, is that I honestly was having a serious case of preggo brain when I sent them to Costco. Apparently I had gotten it into my brain that four photos printed onto a 12x12" paper would equate to four 4x4" photos. Sigh... Fortunately, I loved how the 12x6" strip of photos did turn out!!
I just love how I added the pennants and bling.
And those Diction stickers... LOVE!
A cute little title, and swirl!

AUTHENTIQUE PAPER: June's Color Challenge
I really love color challenges. And I really hope that you play along with Authentique's color challenge this month. It fits perfectly with the Fresh Collection that has been just recently released by Authentique. I just loved the blues, grays and reds. They worked perfectly with this lovely photo of my Miss I as a newborn, in contrast to the black and white photographs from the past few months.
I really loved how the ledger paper lent itself to a great section of journaling. I've been tossing around the idea of how big my little girl has gotten, and how fast three years has really flown by. Especially with the upcoming birth of the new little bunny.
Those great stickers from the Details sheet are fun to add some good comments, when sometimes journaling just doesn't explain everything.
And the Diction is fantastic too! Those Elements sheets with both the Diction and the Petite Type are great.
